Birch Rock employs 35 seasonal staff members who travel to Maine from all over the USA and the world. 

 We welcome the opportunity to invite talented and dedicated individuals to join our staff. If you love working with children and have camp-related skills to share, please consider becoming part of our rewarding community. Each staff member plays an integral role in forming our nurturing, highly-structured and spirited camp family.

After our initial interview process, we carefully screen the references you provide. We inquire about your ability to relate to boys as individuals and as members of a cohesive group. We will also examine your work habits, social skills, and your ability to be a team player.

 

Trust and integrity are at the core our relationship with each staff member, and much will be demanded of you should you be selected to join us.    

All hired staff members attend our week-long staff orientation and training prior to the campers’ sessions.
