The Birch Rock Camp tuition, fees, starting and ending dates for the upcoming season are as follows:

Cubs' Camp (Ages 7-10) $2,300.00 July 20rd August 2nd 14 days
Counselor-In-Training (age 16) $2,000.00 June 20th August 12th 52 days

We strongly encourage the returning campers sign up for the full season.

For the 2008 season, BRC has a shorter program for new campers only, ages 7-10. We will be offering a 14 day session in the second half of our season. Here's the information. Cubs' Camp, $2300, July 20-August 2.

The Counselor-In-Training program is limited to sixteen year old boys who have demonstrated leadership ability at camp or in their own communities.

Brotherhood Discount: After the first and/or larger sibling tuition, a 10% discount is available to all brothers.

A non-refundable registration deposit of $1000.00 is to be remitted with the completed registration form. An invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your application and deposit.

$100.00 of your tuition covers your son's expenses for uniforms, articles and special trips. A statement will be issued for charges over the stated smount; a refund will be issued for charges under it. ($200 will be applied for the full season.)

A $50.00 fee will be added to the Camper's Incidental Account for transportation each way to and from the Portland International Jetport. A round trip, therefore, is $100.00.

Academic tutoring is available to campers for an additional charge. Ask for details if you are interested

The Directors of Birch Rock Camp reserve the right to send home, without tuition reduction or refund, any boy who does not comply with the standards of the camp. Tuition reduction cannot be made for late arrival or early departure.

A Family Guide and Health & Safety Forms will be sent to you prior to the opening of our 82nd season.
